True Art is a gift…not a given. It doesn‘t evolve without varying levels of inspired abstraction that often requires that the artist interacts and challenges his own vulnerabilities; faces, fights, and defeats his own demons, and exposes all to the scrutiny of the world long before any semblance of success is ever realized. 

As artists and musicians, we at Extreme Band Wars understand this intimately as we live the crowning and the crucifying in every moment of every day. As such, we are committed to the celebration of the artistic mind—a mind we must nurture, cultivate, preserve, and applaud—and we intend to do just that.

Extreme Band Wars is committed to supporting our musicians by first being cognizant of and sensitive to the signs of an episode. This means caring enough to notice and assume accountability for our musicians’  mental and emotional well being. If it is deemed that a musician is facing some ongoing challenges with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or any mental or behavioral situation, we will not hesitate to seek and provide professional help through partnering with providers who offer the very best coaching and counseling services, or therapy and special treatment plans.
